Home Personal Trainer
Private personal training delivered at your home, in your residence gym, or in a discreet private setting. Built around strength, fat loss and body composition, mobility, rehabilitation and long term physical resilience.
Why clients train at home
Time back on the calendar, no commute, no waiting room and no audience. Home training removes the friction that stops most people training consistently, and it lets us structure the session around your day rather than a fixed slot at a gym.
What sessions cover
Strength and conditioning, fat loss and body composition, mobility, post injury rehabilitation, sports specific preparation and longevity protocols. Every programme is built around the person, the calendar and the environment, not a template.
Home gym design and equipment
For clients building or refitting a home gym, equipment specification and installation sit inside the Black Book. I coordinate with your architect, interior designer or household manager and specify kit against how you actually train.
Where I cover
Across the Cotswolds, Oxfordshire and prime central London. Regular visits into Soho Farmhouse, Estelle Manor, Chipping Norton, Burford, Stow-on-the-Wold and Cheltenham, and across Mayfair, Belgravia, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Kensington and Notting Hill.
Retained, monthly and one off sessions
Most long term clients move onto a weekly, monthly or retained arrangement once we have worked together. One off sessions and short engagements are also available. Combined training and sports massage visits are common for clients on tight schedules.

Frequently asked
Do I need a home gym or equipment?
Ideally, yes. A well kitted home gym is preferable. If you do not have one, I can bring portable equipment for the session or arrange access to a private gym nearby.
How often should I train at home?
Two to four sessions a week is standard for most clients, with additional programming to run independently. The right number is set around your schedule, goals and recovery capacity.
Can you help design or specify a home gym?
Yes. Home gym specification and equipment sourcing sit inside the Black Book. I coordinate with your architect, interior designer or household manager and specify equipment against how you actually train.
Can you train me and my partner or family together?
Yes. Couples sessions and coordinated family programmes across the residence are common. Sessions can run individually, as a pair, or as a full household programme.
What is included in a home personal training session?
Warm up, structured strength or conditioning work, mobility and recovery, adjusted to how you present on the day. Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes, with programming to run between visits.
