What's involved

Baseline assessment, body composition tracking, strength and conditioning programming, nutrition strategy and structured accountability. Where relevant, coordinated alongside private GPs and diagnostic clinics through the Black Book for blood work, hormone screening or metabolic testing.

How sessions run

In person at your home, on estate, in your residence gym, or at a private members club across London and the Cotswolds. Programmes split cleanly between addresses for clients who move between the two.
