Body composition and fat loss, performance fuelling, recovery and sleep quality, energy and focus through long working days, gut and digestion, and supplementation that earns its place. Coaching is practical: real meals, real schedules, real travel days.
When clinical depth is needed
For full clinical input, blood work, hormone screening, food sensitivity panels, gut microbiome testing or functional medicine work, I coordinate referrals to vetted registered nutritionists, functional medicine practitioners and diagnostic clinics through the Black Book. I am not a registered dietitian and I do not prescribe; the role is strategy, coaching and coordination.
How it runs
In person and remote support, paired with training where it fits. Monthly retainers available for clients who want a steady hand on the tiller across the year.
